Ray-Subramanian Psychological Services, LLC, doing business as Neurodiverse Psychological Services ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Wisconsin at 2820 Walton Commons Lane, Suite 125, Madison, WI 53718. We operate the website http://www.npsmadison.com (the "Site").
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site. The Site is a public-facing informational and marketing website. These Terms do not apply to any clinical services, service agreements, or therapeutic relationships between Neurodiverse Psychological Services and its patients. References to the "Site" or "Services" throughout these Terms refer solely to this public website and should not be construed as references to any clinical or professional services we provide.
By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Some content on the Site describes neurodevelopmental conditions, diagnostic concepts, or psychological research topics such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. This psychoeducational content is provided for general awareness only and does not constitute psychological assessment, clinical diagnosis, or treatment guidance of any kind.
Nothing on this Site should be used as a basis for making decisions about your mental health or that of anyone in your care. Before taking any action based on information found on this Site, consult a qualified, licensed mental health professional.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Use of this Site does not establish any psychologist-patient, therapist-patient, or other professional relationship between you and Neurodiverse Psychological Services, its owner, or its staff. No duty of care is created by your use of this Site.
Scheduling a free phone consultation, submitting a contact inquiry, calling, or otherwise reaching out through the Site does not initiate a professional or therapeutic relationship and does not trigger the legal protections associated with such a relationship. A formal professional relationship is established only through a signed service agreement and completion of our intake process.
Corey E. Ray-Subramanian, PhD, is licensed as a psychologist in the State of Wisconsin. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide psychological services to individuals located outside of Wisconsin.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURODIVERSE PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES AND ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, AND STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neurodiverse Psychological Services and its owner, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 10 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by written notice, allowing at least 30 days for good-faith negotiation.
Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Dane County, Wisconsin. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted.
Exceptions. Claims involving intellectual property rights, theft, invasion of privacy, or requests for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration.
Limitation Period. Any claim arising from use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Website Privacy Policy, available at https://www.npsmadison.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site and submitting inquiries or scheduling requests through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
13. MODIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the content of the Site at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and are not liable for any interruptions, errors, or discontinuance.

We are committed to honest and transparent communication consistent with our obligations under the Wisconsin Deceptive Trade Practices Act (Wis. Stat. § 100.18) and all applicable Wisconsin and federal consumer protection laws.
